How do i record onto the hard drive and not the memory card on my JVC Everio Camcorder?

Alright so i filled up the hard drive on my JVC Everio camcorder and now its making me record onto the memory card that is in it, and the memory card is only a 1GB and i cant record much onto it… How do i make it record back onto the hard drive and not the memory card? Please help ASAP.

But you said you filled the hard drive. Where is the new video suppose to be stored if the hard drive is full?

Copy video from the camcorder to your computer - or just delete video you no longer want from the camcorder.

Read the camcorder’s manual… see the section on "Selecting the strorage media". It is a camcorder menu selection.

Yet another reason hard disc drive camcorders are not a good idea.
